My 85 year old Mother was left condescended, uniformed and unnecessarily denied information that would have put her mind at ease.nThe quality of care was at best minimal, her concerns either not addressed at all or discussed in a dismissive manner.nVery very disappointed that my mother left her appointment being none the wiser as to her results and what it meant treatment wise going forward.
