Beautiful spot. Very serene. Good BBQ facilities, awesome play area for kids, Cafe and a very spacious park along the river.

Garvey Park was great this morning. Took new kayak out for a test paddle. River smooth made for pleasant paddle.nNot many people around.nFinished with coffee and egg and bacon muffin at the kiosknBoth would be the nicest I have had in a long time
