Just Cremations Funerals Redcliffe

Quite possibly the worst experience I have had from a service provider in my life, let alone during what is such a sensitive time for the family. I have no idea how this funeral company is allowed to run, nor how the staff have a job in an industry that requires a level of compassion and care.

Just Cremations were wonderful . Considerate and kind . Very professional . My family and I recommend them so highly . We are so grateful . They made a difficult , sad time with the passing of my Mother so much more bearable .

Recently we had the prepaid cremation for my mother-in-law at Just Cremations. Staff at Malaga and Redcliffe were not just professional but very friendly, kind, helpful and understanding and it all had a very genuine feel. Made what was a difficult time go smoothly for all of us. Thankyou to everyone involved.

I have just read the review for Just Cremations and I am shocked, which has led me to write my own review. In 2016 my very long term friend and ex neighbour passed away. We had already arranged to pay for his cremation with Just Cremations which was simple and easy. After his passing I had nothing but help and support from all the lovely people at Just Cremations. The quiet time with him was done beautifully, with lovely flowers and soothing music. I was so impressed with the way everything was done that I have now arranged a pre payment for my own funeral. The appointment is for next week at my home and the lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful. Patricia Boyd
