I want to say a really big thank you to Sound Centre for the exceptional customer service they provided in getting the correct power supply for my Casio keyboard to me within a day via express post after I made a mistake in accidentally ordering and receiving the incorrect power supply. The mistake was on my side, but they immediately posted the correct item to me and made the exchange a totally painless experience and a big pleasure, a fantastic job and was sincerely appreciated! Such good customer service and trust in the customer to dispatch the correct item before the incorrect one has been returned is very rare these days. Sound Centre should be very proud of how they treat their customers and has definitely now become my “go-to-shop” for everything music stuff related!ud83dudc4d

probably the best music shop around Perth, so friendly and knowledgeable it is like they are always there for you whether you buy or not. you can tell that the sellers are bunch of well expirienced musicians so advice is firstly on professional basis rather than $$$$. well done guys, looking forward for my next visit.

The staff at Sound Centre are really passionate about their work and are very friendly. When I got my ESP setup, the guitar tech reduced the RRP price on my EMG81 pickups without me even asking (or expecting it), seeing as I was a return customer. Replacing the pickups was particularly difficult but the guitar tech was so friendly about it too. Sound Centre is my and my friends go to store for music equipment. The only slight downside is they might not have the range of products that Mega Music has. But based on service alone I will be a return customer and always try find what I need at Sound Centre first.

Great place to visit for your music needs. Staff is very friendly and loaded with knowledge. No pushy service. I went there with next to no knowledge for the product I wanted to buy. Marco was very thorough in explaining in detail. Went above and beyond with the service and was easily managing multiple customers at the same time. Thanks guys. Will visit again
