Very good service always. Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful especially in print and copy and great place to get electronics, stationery, furniture, photos etc they have it all! Never had a bad experience and always reliable! Not to mention, staff always go out of their way to help even if the store is very busy and they’ve got lots to do. I always walk out in a good mood feeling happy with the amazing service they give!

I have been a customer since 2014 and run a small business in Caroline Springs.nFor the last 3 years I have used the printing service at the branch. I am time poor and often have multiple jobs to finalise. Three printers I purchased from the branch have let me down and thisnled me to use the printing service. Yesterday as usual I needed assistance and this led me to be served by Angela a constant source of information, a customer focused employee that since 2014 has always remained a constant high performer. Thankyou again for your dedication to customers.

Useless customer service at the self service/printing desk. Waited 40 minutes to print and receive one photo that could have been completed in 5 minutes if they'd fixed the self service photo printer instead of completely neglecting it. Had to eventually ask one of the service desk staff to grab my photo off the printer because they forgot it was there despite going past it multiple times. Wouldn't recommend services here unless you print in advance, or don't mind wasting an hour of your day.

We organised documents to be printed. We came in the next day and they still were not ready so I had to wait 30 minutes in line. The Manager of this store should be sacked or demoted. You should also have an express collection lane as well as somebody who answers the dam phone.

Picked a new desk from here and didn't realise that they gave me the wrong desk legs until I got home, as well as some slight damage on the table top.nReturned the legs the next day and explained the damage to the table. The store manager, Lisa, was very understanding, swapped the legs over, and provided a substantial voucher for compensation.nOverall I'm very happy with the purchase thanks to the excellent customer service provided. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the initial mix up.
