Small musical instrument store in Ballarat. It's really the only one. The service is friendly, prices are very reasonable. The main focus is on guitars, but there are other instruments there as well. They do instrument lessons, repairs, advice there too. It doesn't have the same range as some of the big city music shops but it's always the first point of call in Ballarat.

Bought a Les Paul and am super in love with it!!!nThe staff let me try out the guitars I was interested, hooked it up to an amp and have me a chance to feel and listen to my guitar.nAfter that the beautiful 750$ later I had a new electric guitar a strap and be a case. Thank you crossroads!!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Went in after an amp having no idea what I was doing. Came out with a great product, a bit more knowledge and they even threw in a lead and some picks. Will definitely be back.

Fair selection of gear for various skill levels and price points, the crew will get gear in as well. But I'm laying down a 5 star because of the great service and the fact that it's local and as I said, good friendly staff. I recommend and I'll continue to use this store.
