Went to check out a case for my new phone at digital world. They didn't have my model but she offered me one that fit ( although would cover my camera and the volume and power button) at $35, the full price, but if I paid cash, she'd knock it down to 30. I told her I wouldn't want to pay full price for a case that doesn't fit well, to which she responded that she will have stock for the new phones in the upcoming week.nnThe next time I went in, had my $30 cash, they had the correct case, except it was 5 dollars more despite being the same exact dimensions as the previous case, just a bit wider hole for the camera. I reminded them staff of her previous arrangement to which they refused to honour.nnI tried to level with them, that I'm not coming back a 3rd time for a $5 difference as all I had was cash. I offered to write them a positive review if the knocked off $5 but they wouldn't budge.nnShe told me to forget the positive review and just pay the extra $5, to which I declined and told her I would still write a review, not one to bash her business but just to recount my experiencennPros: layout of store makes it easy to find your phones casesnnCons: limited supply of phone cases, only had 3 variations (Samsung's S20 FE)nnVerdict: way cheaper to get them online ( even for the same brand cases) , more options and colors
