Too slack for Saturday mornings, also very rude staff and discriminatory hiring policies. Hope to see improvements soon, but judging by the previous reviews it looks like their lack of competence is a long term thing.

Had to buy a prepaid A4 envelope. Staff member treated me like I was brainless. Looked at me, leaned forward and said in a very slow loud voice if I understood that I could only post this in Australia. When it says so on the envelope. Other staff laughed with the rude staff member. English is my only language and my parents are from England.
