The service was great. Very clean place. Melissa ordered me a card without me needing to ask and at no charge. She answered all of my questions and was very friendly. Private health is just so expensive!

Currently sitting at Bupa, 3 staff on 2 working, 1 chatting to a friend, I can only assume it's a friend as they hugged when he got here and she hasn't touched her computer or taken his card for his details. People have come and left because they aren't getting served. I've been here for nearly 40 minutes waiting for her to finish her private chat. This is enough to make me want to go to another health fund. Top cover to wait for an employee to finish with her friend, not very professional.
