I ordered a yacht part which turned out to be the wrong size (my fault). It arrived promptly but I couldn't get to my boat for a few weeks due to lockdown before realising it was wrong. Adventure Safety customer service agent Ryan was very helpful in immediately agreeing to exchange it and arranging return details. Great to have an Australian-based online supplier for the adventure sports I'm interested in.

Ordered a hard to find product from Adventure Safety for a great price arrived in Brisbane within days product was exactly as advertised very happy with my purchase will be a return customer.

Terrible after sales service... product hasn't arrived and no communication from staff. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE from these people. They have $418 of my money and no product. I have called emailed etc at least 12 times with zero response. Buy from these guys at your own peril.
