Before I start I need to say that Lorraine and Mark were the best staff members to deal with, they were so helpful and kind. They should be the first point of contact not Julie-Ann. Julie-Ann was rude to all my guests and it was quite disgusting. I cannot believe that she deals with the reservations. She was late, disorganised and dismissive. Put a real damper on the stay.nHad a group booking as it was me wedding day/night. I arrived the day before the wedding to find that my suite was not made up. No huge issue as they were quick to fix the problem.
It’s a place with liquor what is not to love.
