Mercure Brisbane

Thank you for being a quarantine hotel. I’m happy with the room with my family. Not large but comfortable. Suggest to provide breakfast with more varieties in your weekly menu. Especially lunches were always served cold dishes. I trust you can do better as a 4 star hotel. Dinner was fine but the portion seems small for dinners. Happy to stay with you guys and thank you for all the staffs and POLICE OFFICERS PLUS SOLDIERS. EVERYONE IS DOING THEIR PARTS TO KEEP US SAFE!

The hotel suite very tidy, clean & luxurious , beds are so comfy. The food provided was delicious and the river front view from the suite was gorgeous! I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Stayed here during quarantine 11-25 November 2020. Police and hotel reception were very professional. The food on the other hand was terrible. Poor quality and quantity, tasteless and served with a cheap salad with just about every meal,the chefs have no imagination and just repeat the same meals after a 10 day rotation. Then the Hotel have the audacity to bill you $20 per meal, is an outrage. I will never again ever stay at a Mercure Hotel.

Overall was very good Could be excellent if they improve the breakfast buffet

Currently staying here through the hotel quarantine programme and I must say I couldn't be happier!! The staff and Police are just fantastic the food just beautiful would highly recommend for a short or long stay
