The car was clean enough but they scratched the centre console. I was livid. I look after my car and you've gone ahead and damaged it. Mongrels.
I got a Mini Detail today and when they quoted the price I asked if the chap was sure. When I got back my car was ready and both inside and outside were lovely. The chaps were really professional and even put my shopping into my car for me ! I will be back.
Not all areas were cleaned. When I opened the boot, there was still dirt along the edges. There was still dirt on the front floor mats.
