Guy who is the funeral director is cruel, unprofessional & incompetent. My brother died in March & due to all of Guys mistakes on the death certificate, which he hasn't bothered to correct, we still don't have the death certificate. Then blackmail tactics from Guy as my mother couldn't have her son's ashes until she paid the balance of the funeral. No money can be released from my brothers estate to pay for the funeral as we don't have the death certificate. So have had to borrow money. Then my mum finally gets her son's ashes & the certificate with the ashes is supposed to have my mum's name on it & it was some random person's name. Shame on you Wauchope District Funerals, close your doors until u can employ a professional as the funeral director & operate a business that shows respect, integrity & empathy. Disgusting!!
