Sparkles Car Wash (Brisbane Airport Service Centre)

This place is one of the few hand car washes that stays open 24 hours. The card payment option does tick over reasonably quickly. I'd recommend $1 coins if you want to feel rushed. Otherwise the equipment worked well and the pressure was good.

Used the self serve car wash. The prepaid tap, pre authorises $15 from your card, and then it says that once you are done, simply select stop and the remaining balance will be transferred back onto your card. I followed the instructions and got debited the full $15 from my card although only used $5. Emailed to get refunded, never heard from them. Pretty average service. AVOID IF YOU CAN

I will give them minus 5 because it’s third time I put 20 dollars note in there vending machine and I got 4 dollars out of it.

I paid $15 for the brushless drive thru wash and the car was not cleaned at all. Total waste of time and money. As I was going to work I couldn't check the result until until parked in the staff carpark. So a bad review and no future business for them!! Carwash - Sunday 6/9/20 at 0915am.
