I was at first sceptical to use the service because of mixed reviews, but other services in my area were lower ranked, way over priced or from personal experience, half hearted and low standard. At arrival I was sorely disappointed by the reception at the park Bay, and found them ubrupt and discourteous - they shoved a beeper in my face and told me to get out of the car in pay inside... it was very rude and impersonal. However, the service inside where you pay was much more friendly. The end result for the cost was quite good - they did a thorough job and I was pleased with the outcome. They cleaned the inside of the door jambs, the wheels were spotless. Compared to my last experience elsewhere for similar cost, they delivered a far better service. Thank you for taking care, and doing a good job - only critique is to work on your initial help on arrival by making people feel more welcomed and less like a factory line. Smile, say hello... it goes a long way for repeat business.

Decent job for the money, not a proper wash there was still dirt on the front and rear bumper, and water marks left despite it having a hand dry. But it went in pretty dirty so overall not a bad job.

I have always been super impressed by the wash here but what has let this business down today was the service. The man greeted me at the car and tried to upsell the wash. I requested the deluxe wash which is the most expensive on the board. At first I agreed to the additional polish, then I changed my mind and said I would get it next time. I was then told it would be an additional $15 to clean the dash and $5 for the mats. I queried this as it wasn’t $15 before when I wanted the polish. He told me my car was dirty! Since when do you bring a clean car to be washed and vacuumed??? When I went inside I was told it was an additional $9 for a large vehicle. It’s not a 4WD so thought this would be a medium car. I am feeling very ripped off and that the extras were not clear in the original pricing.

BE WARNED. Looked up an eco-friendly car wash in the area and had a look at the website. The pricing was reasonable ( Eco Express $25.00 inc wheels) but on arrival they quoted $41.00 without explaining why (medium car apparently and $10.00 for the wheels). So I changed my mind and went without the wheels cleaned, still paid for $31.00. Not a happy customer. I could have just gone to my usual carwash service in Alderley. Never again!
