Took my car here the first time and I was extremely happy with the result. My attendant was Ethan who thoroughly cleaned my car. I was very impressed with his manner and the care taken to ensure my car was cleaned to the highest quality. Thank you Ethan. I will be returning to Zoom Carwash Alderley as it afforded me good value at a great price.
Went the cheep option and washed my car myself. It was a quick splash and dash and only cost me $7........... Bargain. They have drive through options, if you're looking for a more detailed results.
Website says last detail taken at 4:15 (no appointment necessary). Drove half an hour only to be turned away at 3:45 for a detail. No apology or offer, just told to come back another day. Have had decent details done there before, but now have unfortunately lost a repeat customer. Going elsewhere from now on.
Did a cracking job on the interior and exterior but I had just been on the beach for the weekend ( I did tell them this) and even though I got the underbelly wash and exterior done by the guys there, there was still heaps of sand under the wheel arches. I pointed it out when they finished and was told I'll just have to hose it off but they wouldn't do it because the wheels had been done. A bit difficult when you live in apartments to just hose it off, I would be doing it myself otherwise! Anyway, a normal wash inside and out, I would highly recommend but a bit of a let down after being on the beach and wanting the thorough clean.
