Magic Hand Carwash Chermside

Just tried to get my car cleaned at magic hand car wash. Asked for a simple inside and out clean. The staff member told me that I would have to take the “premium” option if I wanted to get my car cleaned as they would have to vacuum the inside. Absolute joke. Pure price gouging. Don’t waste your time

Excellent service. One of the staff even helped me unload my shopping and took my trolley! Fantastic, would definitely return.

Paid for a full detail clean. Quoted 5 hours to clean. Person who took my car was not organised- seemed overbooked. Barely spoke english -made it very difficult to communicate. 5 Hours later I come to pick up the car. The outside has basically been sprayed with a hose. There is still leaf litter in the tracks from the tree at my house. The bonnet hasn't been scrubbed and neither has the rest of my car. There is still a cobweb on the side of the car to give an idea about how little was done to the outside. A $6 carwash would have been better. The inside was mostly clean however they left their window cleaner and their squeegee in my boot. I returned this and they told me it wasn't theirs. The inside windows are dirtier than they were before I dropped it off. The car seats are absolutely soaked. I have included photos and just blocked out my rego on the receipt. Please don't go here. I would have asked for a refund if there was anyone with authority there and who would have understood. I will also note that I tried to tell them politely that the bonnet at least needed a quick wipe with a wet cloth. No care given at all. I will add I took the photos at aldi after I left (on way home as it was full sunlight and it's dark at chermi because it's undercover. Also I drive an i30- I don't have a lot of money, I saved for this car detail. I can't imagine how someone with a over 20k car could ever leave it in these peoples care. Has to be the worst thing I have ever paid for. I have contacted through the "feedback form" and will also note chermside is not on their dropdown list. Saturday afternoon my radio and my reversing camera screen stopped working. Considering how soaked the car was I would say they got water inside of the computer console. Car is being taken to Hyundai for inspection on wednesday. I will update my review with how the company responds to me and if they are found at fault.

I ran an hour late and they still fit me in, which I was grateful for, but unfortunately after the Full Detail which I purchased through Groupon, my rear door sensor is now broken, as is my central locking. I was going to put my car up for sale later that day, had it roadworthied and good to go... Now looking at another couple hundred dollar hit. Don't be fooled - this deal will not save you $$$.

Took my car to have a clean and polish as I was selling it. Told the guy to make sure it was perfect and pointed out specific things. He suggested $99 service. Upon collection I find that the polish had not been done. The interior is still quite dirty. They didn’t vacuum down the side of the seats or under the 2 rear seats (my car is a 7 seater). They have not wiped over the console. Very poor job. Extremely disappointed!!!
