Lots of finger prints, smudges where not wiped properly! Otherwise good clean.
I have used this service for a number of years and have always found the work to be quality, quick and professional. However over the last few visits the quality seems to be deteriorating, culminating in today's service. A service that has always taken 20 minutes, took an hour! I am not sure if the staff or management has changed but it is definitely poorer quality definitely service and we won't we coming back.
Car seemed good when I started to drive away but noticed that there were still bugs and streak marks on the external windscreen, dust still on the dash and other parts of the interior. There were streak marks on the exterior, not alot but still noticeable. Understandable that they're under the pump with that amount of cars that were coming in at the time but overall I don't think it was worth almost $140.
Have used Hoppys a couple of times & always loved how thorough they were! Went to Bowen Hills today & was a little disappointed because my windscreen & bonnet have a residue on it that didn’t come off with the wash (tar/bug type residue). We didn’t notice it until we left & really wish they had of pointed it out after they washed it. I would have paid extra to get it removed. Instead I have paid $70 for a car wash & it is going to get all wet if I try to removed the residue myself.
Due to prior bad experiences with the quality of the wash I've avoided this place but thought I'd give it another go today and again left regretting it, this time I won't go back ever again.
When the wash is busy the quality is nowhere as they rush through and do a poor job again leaving my car dirty with water marks and unwashed areas all over the vehicle.
Today the car sat in sun for 15+ minutes after going through and even though a chamois was used the water marks and areas not washed properly dried into the paintwork. There were areas on the car just not washed and large areas around the car where the detergents didn't wash off properly. When I raised this with one of the staff and asked him to wipe it off he said that coffee had been spilled on the car then went on to explain the paint quality of Nissan's and Subaru's??? I couldn't be bothered arguing as this isn't the first time but it'll be the last time.
Although I paid for it to be done I'll have to (re)do what I should've just done in the first place which is wash it myself.
