Professional and courteous from my first phone call to the moment I walked out of there. Spoke to Mikaela about making a change for my hair and she did an amazing job and made sure I was satisfied with the colour and cut before leaving. Will definitely be coming back regularly!!

I had an appointment for a wash and blow dry.nI was disappointed because the hairdresser wasn’tnvery good( I could have done better myself), I askednif she was an apprentice( she was), I asked her ifnshe could please get some help from a seniornhairdresser. I was then made to feel uncomfortablenby the senior hairdresser ( she told me every onenhas to learn), I totally agree every has to learn, butnyou should be upfront with your clients about who’sndoing their hair. When I left I was not happy withnthe final outcome at all, my hair looked drab, andnI was being intimidated because I ask for someonenelse to finish my hair. When you are paying $65nfor a blow dry it should be done by someone withnexperience. I’m sorry because I’d been there beforenand was very happy with my hair. After today I won’tnbe back and I’ll make sure to let everyone know.

Went today for layers trimming, on short notice appointment. Staff is really polite and friendly.nThe girl who did my trim Nikita is a happy and friendly person making sure if I was satisfied with the cut and did exactly what I was after.nWill definitely go again. Recommended!!!
