We went for the superior package ($79), car still had spots of dirt and bird droppings on exterior. Wheels not cleaned, only had tire shine applied. Although interior was detailed okay, some spots still dusty and boot interior not touched. Not recommended.
Best place to get your car washed and detailed; wouldn’t go anywhere else! Service was amazing and great value for money! Will defiantly be back!
I had a cut and polish done as well as an interior clean and I can only wonder how this place is still operating. My car is still covered in polish ( looked fine in the shade ) once in the sun it’s as if they covered the car in polish and decided to only do a few spots.. my interior had a cream like substance left every that I had to clean myself. $249 for my car to only look worse.
When we arrived the staff were too busy arguing in another language to acknowledge us. When we finally got served I asked for the internal and external wash for $49. The guy went over the car looking for scratches. I showed him the scratches and asked for him to remove some chewing gum from the side.
When we returned the car was washed but the gum was still on the side. We asked why it wasn't removed and he said because we didn't pay for the superior was so it wasn't removed.
When we said we asked for it to be removed he got quite short and loud and abused us. He grabbed a rag and rubbed the gum and said there and stormed off.
Didn't even clean the boot.
Very rude DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Ok so I expect a little less attention to detail when I use a Groupon voucher...but seriously...I gave the car to them pretty much clean on the outside and only a little needed doing on the inside...I am not sure what they did other than steam clean the seats...I paid extra as it was a 7 seater but they didn't even vacuum the whole car if they did it was a poor job . I even found a window still left with our dog slobber on it. And they had it for 4hrs plus.
Will never go back! Waste of my time and money.
