Clinton the travel agent ill advised us, and cost us an extra $300 for our trip to Sth Africa. With each visit when I asked re final payment early bird savings, he confirmed that early January would enable the savings. Get there today to make our final payment and he informs we should have paid in December!! His comment was you should have calculated it!! With each of our 3 meetings to pay our deposits, conversations were always initiated by me, and may I add pleasantries. He definately needs to work on his people skills and knowledge, as was very vague with all questions, I would not recommend him. Very disappointed.

Didn't explain that I had to pay checked baggage and extra cost for car hire
