WORST experience with Kelly & Debra in their office. They were rude, and misleading throughout my entire experience with this company. I was told I was getting a discounted price of $220 for two dives and snorkelling for the day. However, when I was out at the reef they told me Kelly & Debra had only booked me for one dive, so I would have to pay an additional $55 for my second dive. I talked with six other people on the boat who told me they experienced the same situation and booked through Kelly & Debra. When I returned to their office the next day, Kelly & Debra denied ever agreeing to a second dive and would not refund me the additional $55 that I had to pay.
Staff here are extremely helpful. They take time to address your needs on a personal basis. Good knowledge of the area.
