I give this agency 3*'s only for the fact there was no acknowledgement of email communications or follow through.nnThe staff are pleasant enough but with all the competition in this area, it felt as if they expected the business to just come to them.nnI was ready to make a couple of bookings. On one, if I hadn't gone back to the agency itself they wouldn't have received my booking.nnThe other I just booked through another agency which had great follow through, even though the price was slightly higher.

So helpful and they will honestly book the best tours on earth and give you all the information you will need. Best bunch of staff here. So helpful

I have stayed in Cairns many times and this was the first time my husband came along. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that every part of our trip was memorable. Good old fashion service!

I attempted to book a day trip to Kuranda through this agency on the Esplanade with my partner. Travelling from Victoria we were not familiar with the town and queried what options we had regarding the SkyRail, the train and transfers.nnThe experience we had was a negative one for the following reasons:nn* We were not informed there was transfer options available which applied extra unnecessary costs to our journeynn* Our details were misinterpreted meaning when we got to the Smithfield Terminal, our booking did not reflect our names.nn* We were not informed that we needed to approach the operator at the terminal and that we were required to swap tickets over.nn* The agent informed us immediately after EFT payment that “we don’t do refunds”nnAfter experiencing these problems we requested to speak to the manager, Trent. During verbalising issues with him during a 30 minute phone conversation, he did not recognise the experience we had due to a fault/misadvice from the travel consultant. We repeated the same information in excess of three times.nnTrent did not acknowledge our experience and used deflection tactics such as changing the subject and speaking over us. He then promised to call us back moments later (which he did not) and got the original consultant to try and call us which we found very unprofessional.nnWe firmly suggest that you AVOID this business based on our experience with them. Go direct through the operator and save yourself the hassle of dealing with them. They don’t care about your holiday just your credit card.

I booked my Cairns reef tour here, great staff, great explanation of the different dive companies. My first time diving in Cairns and just fantastic! Great service thank you!
