My girlfriend went in here the other day after placing a $50 deposit under the impression that they would take Afterpay. This was because there was a sticker on the window that advertised Afterpay. Upon arriving for the appointment, they refused the Afterpay payment and took the sticker off the window there and then. After this, a refund of the $50 deposit was also refused despite having advertised this payment option… somewhat understandable if they weren’t using that payment method anymore, but at least refund the $50 for no services despite the advertising. Mistakes happen but don’t charge the customer $50 for nothing.
I love this salon, it is definitely one of the best in Brisbane. Colour is always perfect and the cut spot on. Their products are great too and the treatments mean my fine blonde hair is the best it has ever been. Evie is such a great hairdresser and Brodie-lee is a super Boss Babe! I have had my hair done over 40 years by some of the most famous hairdressers in the world and these Rokstar's are just as talented. Love!
I've been seeing Evie for a while and I love what she does! I trust her completely to go with her vision with my hair and it's outstanding each time. Talented girls with passion for their work and a great looking space. I feel so loved going to Rokstar.
Friendly staff good for treatments and cut and style. Not happy with hair colour techniques.
