Thank you to Charlie for an amazing first visit.nYour attention to detail with every aspect was on point! could not fault it at all. The welcome tray with wine, chocolate, cold towel and hand cream was such a nice touch. Hands down the best head massage I’ve ever had!! So many compliments on the beautiful cut and colour. Can’t wait to come back and visit again x

Charlie’z is my go to salon in Brisbane. As a girl with curly hair it can be challenging to find a stylist who knows how to cut and style my hair. I trust Charlie and haven’t gone to anyone else since. She is lovely as are all the other girls that work there, they do great hair cutting and treatments, they accommodate your schedule as best as they can and make you feel right at home. Wonderful experiences thus far and keen to go back for my next appointment!

Casey and the team are amazing. So professional but incredibly friendly and genuine. I've always struggled with my super long hair and going to get washes and cuts was anxiety inducing due to the discomfort with how thin it is. Casey was so careful and considerate and the whole experience was a delight. Cannot recommend highly enough. My hair feels so much healthier and with more volume!

I have been going to this salon for many years. Charlie usually does my hair but I am comfortable with any of the girls looking after me. I have always been happy with the cut, styling and especially the colour of my hair after a visit to the salon. Great head massages too! All the girls take the time to listen to what you want and make helpful suggestions too without being pushy. I have received so many complements about my hair over the years, especially the colour as Charlie uses a combination of colours with my foils. The salon is always spotless and the complementary coffee or wine is a great bonus. Charlie has moved her salon to nearby Russell Street and it looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon and I am so happy that I am a client.
