Good customer service, good price for a wash and trim

So I went in and asked for half a head of foils, was pretty much given an all over colour because there was no space put between foils and I was given a full head instead of half, then I asked for blonde but not brassy or white just a medium blonde, after she was finished I was white all over, I said something and was pretty much told no this is what you asked for, which it wasn’t, I even had a picture of the colour I wanted and showed her and once again was told no this is the colour you wanted, she then said ok I’ll make it darker, to which she made it a bleached brassy mess which was now orange, in the end I gave up because there was no way I was going to let her touch my hair again. Never again will I step into this salon again.

Good for all hair care needs need more staff to help with products most staff in back doing hairdressers duties staff helpful but rushed
