Sometimes its more what you do outside your line of work that makes an impression. I was in Central Qld recently and needed an email printed out .. I wandered into Flight Centre and Jessica was really receptive ... even through I was not buying anything she went above and beyond. Thanks so much really helped me out in a time of need.
