I checked the reviews before booking, all were great, photos were great unfortunately I walked out with the worst cut I have ever had, ie uneven, chunky when it was supposed to be layered and with earmuff type long bits?! I'm not fussy about my hair butnI was so embarrassed by it that I wore a hat in public til I could get it fixed, there seem to be some good stylists there judging by the pics but the older lady I got was not one of them
