Mediclinic Darwin

I rarely visit the GP and have had mixed experiences with various medical practices in the past, but Dr Singh was fantastic. He listens patiently, has a lovely manner and genuinely wants to help. The receptionist on arrival was really polite and friendly too. Highly recommend this practice.

This is the worst doctor/clinic I've ever been to! My partner and I just wanted to get a routine blood check, which shouldn't be anything difficult, but the unprofessional people here made it so hard! It started with first going to Dr. Talreja and then having to come back another day to get the blood taken. After we got our blood taken, we got a message that our results arrived so we called the clinic and made an appointment, just to heard then that not all results were in yet... They could've saved us the trip there by telling us directly on the phone... generally, the receptionists also don't seem to know what's going on. After waiting a few more days, we got another message, so we called again (because of course we now needed another appointment...) To then here the doctor is in vacation so we had to wait even longer... Because we were leaving Darwin, we then got our next appointment by phone (also luckily saved us another trip to this place). Then the content of the doctor's 'advice'. Some of our blood levels were a little off, but instead of telling us some reasons why that could be and how we could maybe get them normal again, he just said we have to come back to test it again... Even after asking for reasons and explanations a few times, nothing. I found out more by searching the internet myself... I never experienced something like that before, with any doctor I've ever been to! Since we also have a travel insurance, we first had to pay all these appointments ourselves, before getting it back from our insurance, so not only did we waste a lot of time on this unprofessional clinic, we also had to waste money and time to get the money back... The only thing I got from this place is probably high blood pressure.

Dr Kannan is certainly one of the best in Darwin. Guided us through our daughter's first experience with impetigo. Meticulous, reliable diagnosis and kind.

Friendly staff and doctors with a very professional attitude towards their patients. Best part is that they also bulk bill so Medicare covers all the basic consultation fees. It's hidden inside the big 13 Carpenteria building if you have trouble locating it.

Best GP I have been to. Dr Divya is very knowledgable and kind and takes the time to explain clearly.
