I had highlights and haircut done on 26 Feb 2021, the highlights were fine, but the haircut was not how I wanted my hair cut, the stylist asked me what I wanted done, I said just a trim, just the ends off I am growing it .I had two long layers of hair and only wanted the smallest amount off to keep the hair in good condition. However I ended up with a hairstyle cut in with lots of layering and lots of hair cut off in the layering, I don't like it down now and can only wear my hair in a pony tail. I'm so disappointed and upset, I had been growing my layers out for a few years, I was looking forward to treating myself for my birthday to a hair trim and some highlights. I would not go there again. I am now very self conscious of my hair if its down. .

Had my hair permed with Kellie on Tuesday. Absolutely fantastic. Great salon, with awesome staff and a great vibe, which is very important when your in there for 3 plus hours. Thank you. Highly recommended.
