Disappointed with the outcome of the testing of the flashlight by WOM, that to me, seems like it was not even tested. WOM found there's no faults. If it was found going off at the organisation which received the flash receiver from me within a day, then why isn't it going off at WOM at all during the test over several days as stated. The flash receiver had new batteries and charged fully but it still play up and you stated to have new device be purchased as it is out of warranty rather than fix it for a fee. One star.nnUpdate: Thank you to a particular WOM staff for assistance. I returned it to WOM as advised with reply paid envelope provided and even though they still cannot find anything wrong with it but WOM sent me a new one under warranty. Since I have received the new flash light a week ago, there's no problem. From one star I changed to four stars.
