Unethical organisation who created a series of fake accounts and tried hacking social media accounts. really childish and general terrible humans- (Director) - and retail managers are the main culprits - I wouldn't trust these individuals with anything let alone my hard earned money.nnGo to a reputable - ethical music store - not store known for bad copies - these guys are nothing but jokers.

100% best customer service. I bought a martinez guitar today with my mother, (and was served by a man with tattoos) and couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He answered all questions and put a smile on my face to see how much he enjoyed his job. He gave me the best recommendations for what type of guitar I should get, and made sure i was happy with my purchase. He didn't seem at all bothered by the many questions I had and clearly helped to the best of his ability. I would recommend this shop to everyone. I've never been happier with any other shop.That man deserves a pay raise! I don't usually write reviews, but this place was way too good not to.
