The owner (John) went out of his way, actually literally bent over backwards to help me find a (New) Component for my computer. I was sort of taken by surprise because I hardly ever see this kind of service these days. I needed this part badly and he would not stop until he had found me this part at a reasonable price although I would have been happy to pay more. Don't even try other big corporation type retailers before you try Matrix Office, you will be pleasantly surprised.
