Well I would give no star but it doesn't let me.. this surgery don't give a flying f about children.. don't take your kids here, they couldn't care less.

This is a busy practice and the only bulk-billing GP service in town. They are always busy and, given the challenges, they do an amazing job. I see Dr Ali Shukur who is an excellent Doctor but I have seen several of the other doctors and they have all been good. There is onsite pathology collection and a nurse. Probably safe to ignore a lot of the negative reviews from people who want to pay nothing and expect champagne service.

Be sure to come in about 40+mins after your appointment, because thats when youll be seen. Only reason for coming here is that they bulk bill.

Highly recommend Dr Akeem Lawal. He listened carefully, did not rush at all and gave sound advice. He genuinely cared about his patient's well being.

Unfriendly staff and doctor who failed to listen to my reasons for being there. Refused to forward my test results to my naturopath even though I explained at the time of the appointment that was the whole reason I was there and I did not want to follow up with the doctor as she would not have my other results nor be able to treat the condition I was being tested for. Had to have an argument with the receptionist to get results forwarded and they are still sending me letters asking me to come in. If you want a holistic approach and patient centred care steer clear of this practice!
