Ι often visit Officeworks for printing school book activities and this time i gave them a lot of work, printing a few books for our students.nWhen i was there to collect the books, Cindy told me that all the printing books are for free of charge cause they are for educational purposes!nI thought that i didn't understand well what she mentioned to me cause my English are not good at all but she was correct, i didn't pay even a cent from the total amount.nAlso i would like to say that Cindy was really polite and helpful all the times that i was visit the store.nI would like to thank you again Cindy and Cameron.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the printing station. I struggled to print my photos at the self serve printer. When asked for help, the staff member was very polite, helped me navigate through the different options and get my photos printed. If your USB is not detected by the self serve machines, the staff have a spare USB and they transfer your images into it for you.

Very bad customer service from LaranI went to print one paper and I noticed that I miss the latter (e) in one of the wards. She told me that she will change me if she add it.nI told her just print it in colour A4. She printed it and I missed half of the first line.nI told her okay print it in colour A3 and she tried but she couldn’t and then told me the printer is broken and I told her that the other girl just print black and white. She said that I can print B&W but she couldn’t until one of her workmates came to print the A3 in colour. She still charged me for the bad printing of A4. So, I released that she doesn’t know how to add the litter (e) and told me that she will change me if she add it ud83dude05.nIf she doesn’t know how to use the computer and print why do you put her there to wast the people time.nI received really bad customer service from Lara.nOfficeworks, please improve your customer service.

Fairly large store and good use of space. Parking however, is a little tricky especially when busy. The staff is always nice and helpful though.

The best customer service team in Victoria. Worst is Chadstone Officeworks.
