Ian is the best. He’s a genius! He explained the problem about my Lenovo laptop battery and ordered a replacement battery overseas as it wasn’t available in Australia. He also shared a lot of important information and tips on how to take care of the new battery. Really recommended, two thumbs up.

Ian is a great find. He's fixed my iphone6 camera, my ipad battery, and solved my PC problems. He communicates, keeps me informed and doesn't charge ridiculous amounts like other companies with expensive offices. I highly recommend for all computer and device problems.
