The BEST place to get bass gear. Always great service and price. Free delivery...i felt a bit bad about getting free delivery when I could have driven there at some point to pick up the cab I bought, but hey, they were offering it, and the gear got to my place next day. The guys there all play bass, they know their stuff, they respect bass players, it's good.

My favourite place to shop, period. Best customer service, after service, knowledge & range of stock. I have been a happy customer for many years now & know I will be until I put my bass in its' case for the last time.nMy most recent purchase was delivered so promptly I was in disbelief! Had a great experience purchased a bass from Bass Centre. I've been hunting that bass for a while until suddenly pop up from Bass Centre website with great price. Have a few queries with Guy who answer straight away. Once i purchase via website I received it within less than 48 hours. Travelling to different state. Awesome bass as described and excellent customer service.

Very good customer service and very helpful with what I wanted. After placing my order, they were nice enough to give the bass a set up before I received it. I haven’t experienced this at all before. They even massaged me to see how the bass was going and if I was satisfied. Safe to say I am truly happy with my bass and their service! Top notch!
