i feel attacked every time i visit this post office. every question i have and everything i try to post turns into an attack about how i don’t know anything. he genuinely scares me to the point where i feel afraid to go in. i have been to other post offices and never have any problems but when i go here im doing everything wrong. i go here doing everything i usually do when i go to other post offices and i get yelled at because i can’t do that, even though i already have been doing it ever since i started posting parcels with aus post. the shop is dirty and dusty and never opens to closes when it says it will. i’m surprised this post office hasn’t been taken over yet

Another appalling customer ‘service’ experience at TYABB post office today after asking a simple question- response was - yelling, rudeness and belligerent behaviour which went on and on. Unbelievable behaviour !. Formal complaint going in.

Senior staff member is very efficient. Limited opening times (9-5 on weekdays and a few hours on Saturdays).

Put quite simply AVOID at all costsnThe man instore has absolutely no customer OR communication skills.nGo somewhere else.nRude, acts as if customers are an inconvenience, ignores waiting customers and then dismisses them as soon as he has their money.nnAvoid, avoid, avoid. Considering he represents Australia Post, very poor representationnnHaving been left waiting service from this person, and not for the first time I will add, for a genuine (yes I timed it) 7 minutes, his whole attitude was one of total lack of customer service where the customer is ALWAYS wrong and he is ALWAYS right. He appears to not have the words PLEASE and THANK YOU in his vocabulary something which I am very strong on. These words are common courtesy and cost nothing.nTo say his visor made things blurry is an incredibly poor excuse. If the visor makes things that blurred that he cannot tell whether a box will fit into a satchel or not, how the hell can read addresses, a basic requirement of a post office. He lied.nTo say I misheard the cost when I repeated back the original $13.95 quote is also a lie.nHaving said that, I fully expect he has no problem counting money.nIf that’s the Post Offices idea of acceptable behaviour by someone representing them, sadly, what hope is there for change.nIf, he is not fully fit to work then he should not be at work.nTo then say go elsewhere AFTER he has my money when I questioned him re his service is so totally unprofessional as to be a joke.nI went to the Somerville post office where service was chalk and cheese and I commend them.nI will NEVER go to the Tyabb post office again whilst this employee/subcontractor is in situ. Should a parcel have to be collected I will ONLY collect from Somerville NOT the Tyabb ragbag, poorly run place.nI am more than aware I am not the only dissatisfied customer of poor, almost total lack interpersonal skills at the Tyabb branch.nI am also VERY aware NOTHING WILL CHANGE and he will be allowed to continue his negative way. I am but a very small person so why bother to action anything.nAll I can do, moving forward, is advise others to just use Somerville Post Office

Today, I was verbally abused by the man working here. An angry, defensive, abusive man. I came to enquire about a parcel.
