Great communication when organising our piano to be moved to our new home. We were fascinated to see the logistics of getting the piano down the front steps and onto the truck safely. It wasn't rushed. It was carefully thought out and carried out. It arrived at its destination and was installed as asked. Payment was as initially agreed and easily made when the job was finished. With just one man and a couple of low-tech tools Andrew safely and competently negotiated our upright piano from one room, down a very narrow hallway and into another room. Andrew's quiet competence instilled confidence and the job was completed with a minimum of fuss and everyone's nerves intact. Very happy!
