Great post office , i only moved to Boronia 2 weeks ago and found all staff to be exceptional . I had a lady that was training and she helped me a lot and even got advice from her manger to make sure she was answering my question right. The lady manger was also very helpful i noticed they all looked like a good team of ladies, well done !!!
I find the normal staff at this post office to be the best. I don’t like going to other post offices, this one is local for me and they have never disappointed me. It’s really not fair that people gave this post office one star because of delivery issues when these issues have nothing to do with the retail division. poor customer service
Have used them periodically to post letters and parcels. Sometimes there is a queue but it moves quickly and the staff have always been helpful and efficient.
Some of these reviews seem very harsh. One poor experience should not mean a one star review IMHO.
I walked in with smiled and came out with not pleasant experience twice so far. Some of the staff should really work on customer skill or honestly find another job if she hate her current one.
