Booked in for a 60 minute massage which ended up being amazing! Just annoyed I had to wait for 40 minutes to be seen, whilst five other customers who came in after me went into receive their treatment before I did. They did offer me a complementary foot spa which was nice, but I'd told my poor Mum she'd only need to wait for me for an hour, instead she had to wait for two hours.. Luckily the massage was fantastic!
Tried to opt out of promotional text messages multiple times by following the “reply STOP to opt out” and they keep sending them. I booked 2 years ago but cancelled before my appointment so have never even been.
I've been many times over the years and seen a few different therapists. The staff are always wonderful and accommodating, and the therapists always leave me feeling gooey, relaxed and jelly like post massage! Highly recommend Day for her remedial. 👌
Had a fantastic massage with Mikaela - very attentive to my medical needs and lovely technique - completely relaxed. Lovely environment and the staff are amazing. I have booked again !
I've never had a bad experience with these girls. I walk out feeling amazing every time!!
