A sales rep promised to phone me back the following day. I'm still waiting and this was pre covid. I had the chance to mention this on a FB post of their's on my page. This is the "smart" answer I got: quote - "unfortunately you didn't get the service you expected it sounds like. While this is disappointing, it's not the end of the world". Wouldn't trust a company that has this attitude.
Great combination of a classic style free standing bath in a modern form
Beautiful bath, great design and construction, deep and very comfortable. They are a good company.
I recently bought a japanese upright bath due to space limitations in my bathroom and it did not disappoint. It's super comfortable and really easy to install. My dad has been having back trouble and the jets and design of this bath really helped his pain a lot.
Beautiful bathtub designs and concepts. We test-sat dozens of tubs in different standard stores, but found the most comfortable one here. Also our impression is that it holds the warmth much longer than previous tubs. Very happy.
