When I first arrived with my friends and also this is my first time getting my nails done and I’m not very talkative but one of the male workers was very gentle and nice and they assisted both of us. Then we sat down and he handed us a water bottle, I don’t know if that’s normal but it was very kind of them. Two ladies came over and there was no wait, the lady asked what nail shape I wanted after picking my colour and she didn’t talk to me after that, and was talking to her friend. I thought that was nice so I didn’t have to talk haha but overall great service, they did kinda mess up on some nails but it was okay. I would definitely recommend for first timers or in general :)
Quick service, lots of colours to choose from and the lady who did my nails was gentle and shaped them perfectly.
Lovely staff but unfortunately my nails are lumpy and weren't put right to the cuticle so have grown out super quickly.
By far the best nail salon in the area. Great shape nails, sns all the way to the cuticles so it won't grow out within a week, and very friendly staff and manager. This is now the only place I'd go.
For the prices, you need to train your staff more.
1 out of 10 technicians do not have any experience on what they are doing. You need to up your hygiene and not use the same brushes on your clients. Get your staff to change their gloves between clients. Not drink their drinks between clients. Clean benches between clients. And main point, TELL ALL YOUR STAFF TO STOP SPEAKING IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE! All the little mumbles and giggles under your masks makes your company look very bad.
