Centre Com Elsternwick

I highly recommend CC Elsternwick. This is the second time that i have been to their store and their customer service and product knowledge have been outstanding. On this occasion I looked up their website for a particular product, called up the store, got Peter on the line, asked him various questions about similar products and the required interfaces (cables etc). Peter was very knowledgeable and provided me with everything that I needed, in one transaction. He made me an appointment for the next day that I could come in and collect the purchases, they were ready and waiting. Good customer service and fantastic product knowledge, I will return to this store for another purchase.

The first guy looked at my pci-e card and told me it was full pci and he couldn't help me. I came back a short time later and spoke to a much more helpful guy but id been stuffed around already.

Very good customer service. Staff is really interested in understanding what are you looking for and your budget.

Used this store in Elsternwick for repairs, parts and accessories.. Every time they have been very helpful and courteous even when busy. Always call back and honest about products and stock availability..
