Friendly staffs and good service, they answered my questions patiently and I got what I want very quickly.

I used to be a big MSY fan and brought many desktop systems, Laptops and Parts from them but now I find they have only been getting worse over the years with there Customer Service, Pricing and Stock Availability. They no longer answer the phone when called and make it very difficult to check if stock is available before making a purchase. MSY don't seem to list a large range of products anymore either which makes me think they are going out of business or on the verge of bankruptcy. MSY used to be one of the cheapest stores around and had very competitive pricing compared to any other store. Now I find it's much easier to use other companies like Scorptec, Pc Case Gear, CPL or CentreCom which have better pricing and stock availability. Sorry MSY you won't be getting my business in the future with out improvements.
