They were helpful when I called to find out more about some products listed on their website.nI ordered a product for Click & Collect which I was going to collect the following day. They advised they would deliver it free of charge because it was on their way home!nFantastic above and beyond service.

STAY AWAY !nGosh what a horrible shopping experience !nWent to the electronics part of the store and asked for a specific cable and received it and i thought great,then the interrogation started as i was paying cash for the item,name sir,address sir,phone number sir ! Well i said no your not getting it,then he starts patronizing me and tells me all the worlds covid problems are because of people like me,he argues its all about contact tracing,i thought the vast majority of the restrictions are over and no one else puts me through the third degree when i purchase products in Pakenham,so then he keeps banging on about it so i decide to cancel the whole transaction and be on my way,and in the process of that he continues to patronize me even further which then turns into outright abuse proceeding with being banned from entering the premises ever again, all because i wouldn't give him my personal information,surprisingly he views my stance regarding my privacy with absolute contempt,and then to my surprise the situation begins to escalate with considerable anger on his part,time to go i thought and leave this little man to his own misery,...i do not recommend doing business with this store.

The lady in the shop charged me $3 for one black and white page in these difficult times. So Unhuman and shops like these mever succeeds this is why. Officework charges only 8 cents and newagency charges 50 cents. I wish I can put 0 stars. I wonder if she was gonna put it in her pocket. Maybe charge 10cents and put rest in her pocket. Will never go to this shop again hope this shop will close down soon due to low customers and insanely high prices! The page wasn’t made out of gold!
