I received great service. There was a mix up on the delivery and installation on a washer I purchased. The washer was delivered early but wasn't installed. When I called the next morning to ask about installation the sales person Ken, immediately came out and installed it himself. He also removed my old machine. I was very impressed.

Very quiet and smoking in the store and they wonder why it's quiet.

O.k but they doing nothing and smoking at work. If you could call it work. Doing nothing is not working.
