Have been here many times now and have always found the staff to be friendly. Have never had to wait long either.

Absolutely terrible rude staff, nothing changes. They don't talk to customers just at them and they don't follow process. 1 star is way too kind. I have never had a good experience. I'm just grateful my parcels don't get sent there often.

Almost 100% of the time the person delivering never actually bothers to knock or use the doorbell, but instead opts to leave a missed package note. Why is it that I am the one that has to go and collect the package from the delivery service when it is literally their job to deliver? Honestly disgusting service and garabge staff.

Terrible staff, rude, unhelpful and downright incapable. This mob gives austpost a VERY bad name.
