Australia Post - Two Wells LPO

We have been dealing with Derek from Two Wells since we moved here, 11 years ago now and from day 1, he has been great to deal with. He always smiles, laughs and has a joke (I have a twisted sense of humour myself) . I enjoy dropping in and even shouting out hello as we walk by. :)

Great post office. Dereck is a good bloke, just can take some time to warm up to you. After a year here, he remember our names and box number, and is always friendly.nIf people say he is rude, it's most likely because they themselves were rude.

Probably the most unhappy, rude, unhelpful, man in the world. He needs to find a new job. Because being a man who gives people mail is just to hard of a job. And needs to take his anger out on all his customers

I don't kno how this guy is still in operation. Worst customer service. Just a really old miserable man with no life and no morals at all. Scum.
